Terms and Conditions

1. Agency fee.

A 10% agency cut will apply to all earnings via Streamate. A 15% cut will apply to all earnings via Adultwork. The cut is taken before earnings reach you so you don't need to send any money.

2. Support.

One-to-one support, pricing guidance and general advice is provided at the commencement of your sign up. Ongoing support is available; however, it is the model's responsibility to reach out if any further training is required.

3. Earnings.

Scarlett's Angels does not guarantee any level of earnings. The is a self-employed opportunity, and income will vary depending on individual effort, consistency and market demand.

4. Platform disclaimer.

All models operate on a self-employed basis. As such, there is no entitlement to holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay, pension contributions or any other employment related benefits. It is also the models responsibility to pay tax.

5. Account agreement.

Once an account is created via Streamate, and managed by Scarlett's Angels, it will remain under the agency's management for a minimum period of 6 months.

If a model chooses to discontinue their account during this period, the account may be deactivated upon request. However, it will remain contractually tied to the agency for the full 6 month term. During deactivation, the account will not be visible to members and will not be accessible for login.
